Follow these steps to add an AutoFocus Server 4.0 source to AutoFocus:

  • Start the Add New Source wizard by pressing CTRL-N, selecting Add New... from the Sources menu or by pressing the Add New Source button in the Source panel's toolbar.
  • Select "Aduna AutoFocus server source" and press Next.
  • In the "Server" text field enter a valid URL to AutoFocus Server metadata back-end (consult the AutoFocus Server documentation for details). Enter AutoFocus Server user name and password, if the server requires authentification. Press Next to continue.
  • In the list of sources available at the AutoFocus Server, select those you want to add. Press Next to continue.

At any time except for the last step, you can press the Cancel button. No source will be added then.

Make sure the AutoFocus Server software has the same version number as AutoFocus (4.0). Other server versions may be incompatible with this AutoFocus version.
